I refer to crisis response services for family and domestic violence in regional Western Australia, and I ask:(a) How many state funded FDV outreach or crisis response services operate in each WA Country Health Service region;(b) Of those services, how many are delivered through:(i) locally based staff; and(ii) visiting, outreach, or fly-in fly-out model;(c) Please identify the regions where no locally based FDV crisis response service is available; and(d) For each region identified in (c), what alternative arrangements are in place to respond to FDV incidents?

(a) The Department of Communities (Communities) does not utilise the Western Australia Country Health Service (WACHS) region to record information. The below table is based on the regional boundaries used by Communities.
