I refer to the authority the Minister for Lands has to gift crown land to not for profit groups or charity groups for specific purposes in the public interest, and ask: (a) since March 2017, has the Minister gifted crown lands to not for profit or charity groups; (b) if so, can the Minister list the properties, the group to which it was gifted and the purpose for which it was gifted; (c) other than direct gifting of land, is there any other circumstance where the Minister has given what could be considered to be a concession in respect to land parcels to not for profit or charity groups; (d) has the Minister authorised sales of land to “for profit” groups for what would be considered to be concessional against the established land value; and (e) if so, could the Minister list the properties, the group to which it was authorised and the purpose for which it was authorised?
