(2) How many level nine and above FTE’s were transferred to the PSC upon its formation, and what are the details of each person’s name, position/title and level?

Public Sector Commissioner advises:
(1) Assuming the Member is referring to the Public Sector Commission (not the Public Service Commission) there were 93 FTE as at 30 September 2009 (based on HR MOIR data). 114 FTE is the approved ceiling for 2009/10 recently assigned to the Commission by the Department of Treasury and Finance.
(2) There were 17 FTE at Level 9 and above transferred to the Public Sector Commission upon its formation by way of a disposition under s36(4) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and the details of each person's name, position/title and level are listed at attachment 1 [see tabled paper no].
Of the 16 FTE listed, 7 were senior officers transferred to the performance of other functions in the Senior Executive Service (S54(1)(b) and are listed at Attachment 2 [see tabled paper no].
(3) There are 22 FTE at Level 9 and above now in the PSC and the details of each person's name, position/title and level are listed at attachment 3 (as at 30 September 2008 (HR MOIR data). [see tabled paper no]
