(a) The department's online incident notification system provides for schools
to notify of incidents of a sexual nature between students or students and
staff.(b) The department
records data on sexual harassment complaints received involving staff misconduct.(2) Yes.(3) The department requires all employees to
undertake mandatory online accountable and ethical decision-making training,
which provides training on identifying sexual harassment, understanding
reporting obligations, and expected standards of behaviour and conduct in the
workplace.
