(a) As of 1 December 2016, functions associated with the Western Australia Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (WANDRRA) transferred from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) to the Office of Emergency Management (OEM). The information required to answer this question is now held by OEM and this question should be directed to Minister for Emergency Services.
