(a) The recurrent budget allocation for the planned Mandurah Community Supported Residential Unit (CSRU) is $650,000 in 2009/10.
Note: The recurrent budget for the Mandurah CSRU will not be spent in 2009/10.
(b) Please direct this question to the Minister for Housing and Works as the Department of Housing holds the capital budget.
(c) Please direct this question to the Minister for Housing and Works as the Department of Housing manages the construction and purchase of residential dwellings.
(d) The planned service model for the Mandurah CSRU is an in-home visiting support model for individuals and their families living in independent dwellings. There will not be a standalone facility for this service.
(e) The staffing provision will not be known until the service is tendered. It is estimated that staffing levels will be 1 full time equivalent (FTE) community inreach support staff for 10 clients with low to moderate level support requirements and 1 full time equivalent (FTE) community inreach support staff for 5 clients with medium level support requirements.
