The process of allowing public access to NOI’s, Annual Environmental Reports and Environmental Management Plans is likely to take some time as it will require input from a range of stakeholders to determine the best method of implementing such a process. The Guidelines for the preparation of NOI’s is currently under review, and will involve input from external stakeholders on the content and access to this information. It is expected that a draft of this document will be ready for circulation and comment by the end of the year. A review of the Annual Environmental Report guidelines will commence once the NOI guideline review is completed.
