I refer to Legislative Council Question on Notice 670 in relation to the State Solicitor's Office involvement with The West Australian's Freedom of Information application concerning correspondence between the Premier and his ministerial staff relating to the MAX Light Rail or Forrestfield-Airport Link, and I ask: (a) what was the final total billable hours spent on all work provided by State Solicitor's Office in this matter; (b) were there any additionally incurred costs outside the $1,887 fee for Supreme Court Filing; and (c) if yes to (b) what was the nature of any additionally incurred costs, and what was the amount of the additionally incurred costs?
