1) All offenders are required to report and are supervised/monitored in line with the requirements of their orders regardless of whether or not they have a dedicated case manager. Compliance procedures are strictly adhered to and enforcement action taken when required. It is noted that the matter of workload issues is currently the subject of industrial action for which the Industrial Relations Commission has imposed work limits.
2)The unallocated cases are managed by officers located at CJS branches throughout the Perth metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia.
