(a) which department or agency is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Parnparjinya community housing;
(b) are there regulations, legal frameworks or guidelines in place to ensure this department or agency adequately performs their maintenance responsibilities:
(i) if yes to (b), please elaborate on these guidelines;
(ii) if yes to (b), will the Minister please table:
(A) if no to (ii), why not; and; and
(iii) if no to (b), why not;
(c) what department or agency is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Parnparjinya’s basic infrastructure;
(d) are there regulations, legal frameworks or guidelines in place to ensure this department or agency adequately performs their infrastructure responsibilities:

(iii) if yes to (k), who or what organisation will take on responsibility for housing, infrastructure and municipal maintenance; and

(b) (i) – (iii) The appropriate regulation for property and tenancy management services is the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 . This does not apply to properties managed under informal arrangements, however the Department of Communities does apply public housing like policies and procedures consistent with the principals of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 .
