I refer to QON 1233 asked in the other place on 7 August 2024 about exterior panels, otherwise known as cladding, identified as flammable and deemed for replacement at Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) and the advice that 28 panels removed in November 2023 were all flammable, and I ask: (a) Has further removal and/or testing of panels been undertaken since November 2023; (b) If yes, what were the results of this testing; (c) Has a tender process been undertaken or administered to replace the exterior panels identified as flammable; (d) If no, why; (e) If yes, has a tender been awarded, to whom and what is the scope of that tender; (f) When does the Department expect the exterior panels found to be flammable to be replaced and what is the total scope of this project; and (g) Please detail all current and estimated costs associated with the replacement of exterior panels identified as flammable at PCH?
