(a) The campaign is ongoing and is yet to be completed. (i)-(ii) Nil. All advertising identified ServiceWA as the most efficient way to claim but also included links to the Department s website for information on other ways to claim. (b) Television, radio, press, outdoor, digital, social and paid search.
