(1) I refer to question on notice 811 regarding the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) Code of Conduct and I ask, for each of the ten instances from 2019 to 2021 where a breach of the Code of Conduct related to unauthorised communication between a DFES member and a Member of Parliament: (a) how many related to DFES volunteers; (b) of those identified in (a), what penalty or penalties applied; and (c) please identify the region or district where the breach occurred? (2) How many DFES volunteers, excluding Bush Fire Brigade volunteers have: (a) completed the mandatory code of conduct training; and (b) not completed the mandatory training?
