I refer to the Premier and Minister's announcement on 4 August 2019 regarding the Morley-Ellenbrook rail line, and I ask: (a) How long will it take passengers who board at Ellenbrook Station to arrive at Bayswater Station; (b) How long will it take passengers who board at Ellenbrook Station to arrive at Perth CBD Station; and (c) What will be the average wait time at Bayswater Station, for passengers who have arrived from Ellenbrook Station, to then board a train to Perth CBD?

(a)-(c) Planning to consider operational arrangements for the Morley-Ellenbrook Line is currently underway. It is estimated that the travel time will be approximately 30 minutes from Ellenbrook into Perth.
