(2) If yes to (1): (a) please provide the dates and times the calls were recorded; and (b) will the Minister table the transcripts of those calls? (3) If no to (2), why not?

(1) As the question concerns a sub judice matter, involving charges of murder, currently  before the Tasmanian courts it would be inappropriate to answer this question at this time.
