(2) (a) On behalf of Anaconda. The issue was "the Officer Basin project". (b) I was advised of Anaconda's views on the issue. But with respect to Departments or Agencies for which I have responsibility the resources required to answer such a general and ill-defined question would involve an unjustified expense. If the member has a specific question relating to a particular meeting, an answer can be provided.
