auto email response from the Minister's electoral office to my office on 26 April 2023 requesting advice on behalf of the Binningup Town Association (BTA).
The
BTA was seeking a response to their email sent on 7 March
2023 requesting an internal review of the JDAP decision on Albemarle’s
Development Application lodged on 12 July 2022, and subsequently heard at the
Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) on 15 August 2022, and I ask: (a) can the Minister advise if a Review of the JDAP decision is to take place as requested by the BTA; (b) if yes to (a), please provide a timeline for this process; and (c) if no to (a), why not?
