I refer to the $33,200 awarded to private individuals for headworks in Wagin by the Wheatbelt Development Commission under the Regional Grants Scheme and answers given to the additional questions from the Standing Committee on Estimates and Financial Operations at the 2013–2014 Annual Report hearings, and I ask: (a) noting that RGS money had been returned to the Goldfields-Esperance and South-West Development Commissions for grants awarded to headworks projects that were later covered by the Distributed Headworks Charges and Subsidy Scheme managed by Western Power: (i) was this project eligible to receive funds under the Distributed Headworks Charges and Subsidy scheme; (ii) did this project receive funds under the scheme; (iii) if yes to (ii) did the private entity return any funds to the Wheatbelt Development commission; and (iv) if no to (iii) why not; and (b) which Wagin businesses have been able to expand?
