refer to the Family Violence Service, and I ask: (a) how
many FTE are employed in the Family Violence Service; (b) where
are these staff located; (c) how
many FTE are Aboriginal; (d) what
was the estimated actual cost of this service in 2018-19; (e) what
is the budget for 2019-20; and (f) will the Minister please
advise on the business days and hours when Family Violence Service staff are
available on site at: (i) Perth Central Law Court; (ii) Armadale Courthouse; (iii) Joondalup Court; (iv) Fremantle Court; (v) Rockingham Court; and (vi) Midland Court?

(b)              Family Violence Service is available at the Magistrates Court of Western Australia at Armadale, Fremantle, Joondalup, Midland, Perth and Rockingham.

(f) (i) - (iv) Magistrates Court of Western Australia business days and hours at Armadale, Fremantle, Joondalup, Midland, Perth and Rockingham are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and Family Violence Service is also available during these hours. Family Violence Service is available both on site and by telephone and email as staff are often in an interview with a client or in court providing support to a client. The telephone and email support provides immediate response to clients and prioritises any urgent matters.
