(1) Where there are 2 or more marked lanes that are available exclusively for vehicles traveling in the same direction and the speed limit is 90 km/h and above; or there is a "keep left unless overtaking" sign that applies to that part of the carriageway, or both.
(2) Regulation 113 of the Road Traffic Code 2000.
(3) 1 Penalty Unit ($50.00) and 2 demerit points.
(4)(a) - (b) Due to a change in recording systems this data is not available.
(c) As of 7 December 2007 there have been 7461 infringements and 9 court briefs issued.
(5) Cautions are not recorded.
