Government contracts—Outlaw motorcycle gangs
1231. Hon Nick Goiran to
the minister representing the Minister for Police:
I refer to the
minister's statement in the other place on 4 December 2025 that "our
police have extensive data and records on WA bikie gangs."
(1) Does the Western Australia Police Force
maintain information identifying companies or corporate entities that are known
to be associated with outlaw motorcycle gangs?
(2) If yes, has this information been provided to
any state government agency to ensure that such entities do not receive state
government contracts?
