As at 16 September 2019, at each hospital and service provider, is there any medical equipment that is operating beyond its expected life, and if so: (a) What is the equipment and where is it located; (b) Why is it continuing to operate; (c) What would it cost to replace the equipment; and (d) Is there more efficient equipment which could replace it and if so, why has it not been replaced?
