I refer to the ‘separate administrative arrangement between the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) and the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC)’ mentioned in the notes of the Memorandum of Agreement between the DMP and the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) in relation to the referral of Mineral and Petroleum (Onshore and Offshore) and Geothermal Proposals, and ask will the Minister please table these administrative arrangements?
