The music used in Messages On Hold productions are all royalty free and are covered by the company's licence.
(b) There are no fees paid to the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA). All final Message On Hold productions are the property of Messages On Hold.
(c) The script for the pre-recorded information is updated regularly by the Public Relations Manager, in consultation with Divisional Managers to ensure that information is correct.
