(a)   No.
(b)   The Interagency Working Group met on the following dates: 8 October 2011 (Meeting 1), 23 March 2012 (Meeting 2), 25 October 2012 (Meeting 3), 28 February 2013 (Meeting 4), 27 May 2013 (Meeting 5), 14 April 2014 (Meeting 6), 30 April 2015 (Meeting 7), 26 November 2021 (Meeting 8).
(c)   Some State government agencies have been exposed parts of the draft Consolidated Emergency Services Act (the Bill) as part of regular drafting protocols. The Bushfire Operations Committee (BOC) and the State Bushfire Advisory Council (SBAC) have received briefings on relevant parts of the Bill but have not received a copy of the draft Bill.
(d)   DFES has met with representatives from all of the five emergency services volunteer associations about the Bill and they have received udpdates via the Voluntary Advisory Committees (VACs).
