Will the Minister indicate the following information for all staff members working in their Ministerial office, as of 16 May 2017, including those on secondment, placement or attachment to the office: (a) has any staff member declared any conflicts of interests with the Minister, Minister's Chief of Staff, the Department of the Premier and Cabinet or the Public Sector Commission: (i) If yes, please provide the name of the staff member, the nature of the conflict, who has been notified of the conflict and the date and the agreed way of managing the conflict; (b) are they a relative of the Minister: (i) If yes, please provide the name of the staff member and the relationship to the Minister; and (c) have they completed the required ethics and integrity training by the Public Sector Commission or the Department of the Premier and Cabinet: (i) If yes, please provide the name of the staff member and the date they completed the training; and (ii) If no, why not?

(a) As the Member is aware, ministerial staff are required to comply with the Department’s Code of Conduct. Declarations made to the Department by employees are personal and confidential. If the Member has a specific conflict of interest matter he wishes to raise, the Member can ask that particular question.
