Due to limited search parameters and the inability to extract specific information from WA Police systems the statistics relating to only "unserved bench warrants for non-attendance" cannot be isolated from overall figures.
Complete and accurate information relating to bench warrants and non-appearance in court should be obtained from the Department of the Attorney General.
