I have a supplementary question. Is it not a fact that the Premier has no gazetted responsibility for any water-related legislation in Western Australia? Will the Premier confirm that? Dr G.I. GALLOP

Obviously, the Deputy Leader of the Opposition does not understand this issue. I answered that question. The minister assisting has responsibility for all those acts that the Deputy Leader of the Opposition outlined. However, I have responsibility, as Premier, to make sure that we have a water strategy for the future of the people of Western Australia. The SPEAKER : I call the Deputy Leader of the Opposition and the Leader of the Opposition to order.
