the minister representing the Minister for Lands:
I refer to question without notice 1230 asked on 23 October
2019.
(1) Will the
minister provide a list of all the personal private information that Advara had
access to; and, if not, why not?
(2) Given the
minister's refusal to table the full contract with Land Services WA,
will the minister table the relevant
sections of the contract with Land Services WA regarding privacy obligations;
and, if not, why not?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. The following answer has been provided to me by the Minister for
Lands.
(1) The data in the land titles register is publicly
available.
(2) The
government is working with Landgate on the appropriate process to table the
transaction documents with Land Services WA in Parliament in due course, which
will include the relevant sections regarding privacy.
