I refer to the Riverside project, and ask: (a) noting the timeline for the project on the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority's (MRA) website ends at 2016, are there no further works to be undertaken by the State Government at this site: (i) if there are government works outstanding, what are they, when will they be completed and at what cost; (b) has the Minister had any meetings with the MRA in relation to this project, and if so what was the most recent meeting date; (c) is the Government still confident it can attract more than two billion dollars in private investment to the site and if so, what strategies are being put in place by the MRA to ensure this goal is met; (d) has the Minister had any meetings with LendLease in relation to the "Waterbank" portion of the site, and if so what was the most recent meeting date; (e) noting that the LendLease website for "Waterbank" states that the site "will be ready for construction to commence early 2017", when does the Minister expect construction will actually commence; and (f) does the MRA or Minister have any mechanism (including liquidated damages etc.) at it's disposal where it can compel LendLease to commence construction at the site: (i) if so, what are those mechanisms and in what situation would the Minister consider it appropriate to exercise these options?
