I refer to Lotterywest and its dealings with Palmer Holdings in Laverton in relation to an incident that occurred on Tuesday, 4 November 2008. (1) Does Lotterywest have at its headquarters a monitoring service for all the machines during trading hours on trading days? (2) If yes to (1), why was the transaction on 4 November not queried by Lotterywest at the time of the occurrence?
