I refer to Question on Notice No. 2161 and the Treasurer’s
advice that the Department of Treasury was scheduled to review its internal
gifts and benefits policy by December 2014, and ask: (a) did that review take place by the end of December 2014; (b) if no to (a), has the review subsequently taken place and,
if so, on what date; (c) if the review has not taken place, why not; and (d) what changes to the internal gifts and benefits policy, if
any, have taken place as a result of the review?
