(1-3) The formal review of approvals processes will include consideration of environmental legislation. The precise details of the operation of the review are presently being worked out between the Government and Mr Michael Keating as head of the Review Team. However, the member is assured that a wide range of inputs will be sought as part of the review including from Government agencies and the general community. The first step in the process was the placement of an advertisement of an advertisement in the 'West Australian' on Saturday 22 September 2001.
