I refer to the Mundy Review’s final report which was released in May 2024, and I ask: (a) has the Department conducted an analysis of which recommendations are capable of being implemented by the State Government and which ones are matters for the Federal Government; (b) in reference to (a), will the Attorney General table that analysis; (c) what is the current level of legal assistance service funding provided in Western Australia; and (d) in reference to (c), what is the split of that funding between that provided by the State Government and that provided by the Federal Government?
