I have been advised by the Public Sector Commissioner that:
(1) The contract of employment of the Director General, Department of Education is due to expire on 11 June 2012.
The contract of employment of the Chief Executive Officer, Department of Education Services is due to expire on 1 August 2016.
The contract of employment of the Chief Executive Officer, Country High School Hostels Authority is due to expire on 11 June 2012.
There is no contract of employment for the Chief Executive Officer, School Curriculum and Standards Authority as the position is vacant.
(2) Not applicable for the Director General, Department of Education, who is also the Chief Executive Officer, Country High School Hostels Authority as the officer is currently in the first term of employment.
Not applicable for the Chief Executive Officer, School Curriculum and Standards Authority as the position is vacant.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Education Services had their contract of employment last renewed on 5 April 2011.
