STATE AGREEMENTS - LOCAL GOVERNMENT RATING ABILITY
During the last election campaign, the government promised to seek to remove clauses in existing state agreements that limit the ability of local governments to fully rate projects on state agreement land. I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(2) I am not aware of any amendments. Hon Norman Moore : I thought you would be aware, as it is part of your portfolio. Hon JON FORD : The Leader of the Opposition asked for specific details. Certainly the issue of rating is undergoing a number of reviews from that perspective and from the perspective of pastoral leases, crown land and land under development by LandCorp. I will take the question on notice and provide an answer for the Leader of the Opposition.
