I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. I am advised - (1) No, the department has not carried out an analysis of the comparative economics of the sale of blocks situated at 14, 16 and 18 Dunford Street as compared with the unsold Landstart lots in Garling Street, Willagee. The department already has a significant public housing presence in Garling Street, Willagee, that it would like to dilute. This will be facilitated by the sale of the lots. The department is currently in the latter stages of the pre-construction process in Dunford Street, Willagee, and to change sites at this time would result in significant delays and additional costs to the department. (2)-(3) Not applicable.
