A WA parliamentary question sought information on federally funded truancy officers in WA schools, including the number of schools, officer commencement dates, attendance rates, and expulsion numbers. The Minister responded that no schools are directly funded for truancy officers, but a federal program funds third-party providers for attendance strategies in some schools.
