(1) The Director General of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet as the delegate of the Minister for Public Sector Management. (2) The Premier. (3) A variety of sources relevant to the position. (9) Mr Hatt is employed by way of a Public Sector Management Act 1994 section 68 ministerial officer contract and is not a permanent public service officer. (10) Mr Hatt (11) All officers employed in the Community Cabinet Liaison Unit as at 1 June 2006 are employed by way of Public Sector Management Act 1994 section 68 ministerial officer contracts.
