(a) To modernise the process for court payments by replacing the outdated language of Schedule 3.
(b) The Supreme Court’s Civil Practice Committee and all judges of the Supreme Court. A copy of the draft Supreme Court Amendment Rules 2025 and accompanying practice directions were also provided to the District Court for comment.
