(2) If yes to (1), for each device please advise: (a) the name of the device; (b) the emissions filtered; and (c) the amount of emissions filtered? (3) If no to (1), why not? (4) If no to (1), what plans does the Government have to introduce emissions filtering devices to freight trains? (5) What plans does the Government have to invest in hybrid electric locomotives?
