DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING — ADVERTISING
I ask this question on behalf of Hon Ken Travers, who has had to leave the chamber due to urgent parliamentary business. (1) Will the minister detail the increased advertising activity, including billboard and signage space on departmental infrastructure, online advertising and vehicle advertising, that the Department of Planning expects to occur in 2009-10, and the amount of additional revenue each activity will generate? (2) Will the minister detail the proposed increased advertising activity that the minister expects to occur in 2012-13, and the amount of additional revenue each activity will generate? (3) Can the minister identify which departmental infrastructure will have increased billboard or signage space on it? (4) Can the minister indicate what advertising will be allowed on departmental vehicles? (5) If the minister will not answer (2)-(4), can the minister advise the house of the basis on which the estimated additional revenue from these activities in this year’s budget was calculated? Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question on behalf of Hon Ken Travers. (1)-(5) Please refer this question to the Minister for Transport. I think the question is very similar to one already asked, and it is a Department of Transport matter.
