(1) Which of the respective Departments or Agencies within your Ministerial portfolios maintain an up to date register that lists the assets comprising the Intellectual Property of the respective Departments or Agencies?
(2) Will you table the respective registers?
(3) If not, why not?
(4) Are these assets valued on an annual basis?

However, some agencies do not currently own intellectual property or do not maintain a formal register. Others have general registers that include intellectual property. (2) No (3) Given the varying type of registers, they are not in a form that can be tabled. If there is a particular area of concern, the Hon Member is requested to ask a more specific question.
