I refer to Note 3.3 of the Department of Justice Annual Report 2024–25:
(a) Of the $145.922 million reported under "Other services and contracts", what amount was attributable to consultant fees;
(b) Of the $45.8 million reported under "Computer services and licences", what amount was paid to external providers:
(i) Of the amount identified in (b), what amount was attributable to:
(A) software licensing;
(B) managed services
;
(C) implementation services; and
(D) support and maintenance;
(c) Of the consultant expenditure identified in (a), what amount was paid for:
(i) information and communications technology;
(ii) legal services
;
(iii) management or organisational advice
;
(iv) project management; and; and
(v) all other consultancy services;
(d) Will consultant expenditure be separately identified in the Department of Justice Annual Report 2025–26 (yes or no); and
(e) Will the Minister table a breakdown of the expenditure referred to in (a) and (b) by external provider where the total amount paid to that provider during 2024–25 exceeded $100,000 (yes or no)?
