refer to the contract awarded to Advisian for the provision of the Australian
Marine Complex strategic infrastructure and land use plan.
(1) Has the plan been completed?
(2) If yes to (1), will the
minister table the plan; and, if not, why not?
(3) If no to (1), when is the plan
expected to be completed?
(4) Have there been any variations
to the contract?
(5) If yes to (4), what was the
cost and what was the reason for the variations?

(1) The Australian Marine Complex
strategic infrastructure and land use plan is in development.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) The draft
plan is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020 for further
stakeholder consultation.
(4) Yes.
(5) The
infrastructure report on full cycle docking requirements was a variation, with
a cost of $65 868, including GST.
