I refer to the ACIL Allen Perth Park Business Case Summary, and I ask: (a) given the benefit cost ratio of 1.35 is based heavily on visitation assumptions for Supercars and mass participation events, what risk analysis has been undertaken on scenarios where these events do not materialise or attendance falls below forecasts?
