Could the Minister please provide the following courts data for the last five financial years, respectively, for: (a) Extraordinary Drivers
Licences (EDLs), specifically: (i) the number of EDL applications
made; (ii) the court location
(including regional Western Australia); and (iii) the outcome of EDL
applications (specifically the number approved and/or refused); and (b) removal of life
disqualifications, specifically: (i) the number applications made for
removal of life disqualification; (ii) which court (District or Supreme Court) the
applications were made in; (iii) the court location
