(d) if not, why not?
The charter was developed over 5 years ago and distributed to both drivers and users of Multi-Purpose Taxis as part of a rights and responsibilities awareness campaign. The distribution of this charter has met its objective and there has not been a need identified so as to require the reprinting of this brochure. While it has not subsequently been re-printed the principles contained in the charter continue to be taught to new MPT drivers.
