I refer to community based services in the South West region funded by the Mental Health Commission, and I
ask —
(1) For each 2011–12 and 2012 to date, please list each community-based service that received funding from the Mental Health Commission to provide mental health services in the South West region?
(2) In relation to each community based service identified in (1), and for each of the years stated in (1) —
(a) what services were funded to be provided;
(b) which of these services included providing inreach services in South West hospitals and identify the hospitals;
(c) for each service specified in (1), how much funding was provided;
(d) how many full time equivalents employed by each community-based service were funded by the Mental Health Commission in whole or in part (specify);
(e) what qualifications are held by the people delivering the service and funded by the Mental Health Commission;
(f) how many of the following do they employ —
(i) Special child psychiatrist;
(ii) Psychiatrist;
(iii) Psychologist;
(iv) Specialist child psychologist;
(v) General practitioner;
(vi) Speech therapist;
(vii) Occupational therapist;
(viii) Social worker;
(ix) Nurse; and
(g) how many people with mental health problems accessed their services?
