I refer to the No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) in Western Australia, and I ask: (a) what is the value of operational funding issued to each organisation administering NILS in 2016-17; (b) were performance based loan targets met by each of the organisations in 2015-16 and, if not, what are the details; (c) for each organisation receiving operational funding in 2015-16, what was the value of loans offered; and (d) in the 2015-16 financial year, how many loans were administered by each organisation receiving operational funding and what was the value of the loans underwritten?
